윈도우 10을 사용하다 보면 알 수 없는 여러가지 오류들이 발생하는 경우가 있습니다.
종료나 다시시작이 먹통이 되거나, 탐색기가 먹통이 되는 등.
(탐색기 먹통 등)
이런 경우, 아래 방법을 사용해보세요.
– 우선 PC 전원을 껐다가 다시 켭니다.
– 부팅이 완료되면, USB메모리 등의 외장 디스크를 모두 분리합니다.
– 이후 분리했던 외장 디스크를 다시 연결해서 탐색기에 제대로 인식되는지 확인하세요.
– 끝으로, Windows 파일 손상 여부 확인
윈도우키 + X를 눌러 명렴 프롬프트 (CMD) 를 관리자 권한(Administrator)으로 실행해줍니다.
CMD 창에 Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth 입력,
작업이 끝나면, sfc /scannow 를 입력해 문제를 탐색해줍니다.
마지막으로 bcdedit /set disabledynamictick yes
이후 재부팅을 해주시면 대부분의 경우 문제가 해결됩니다.
