c:\windows\system32\ir32_a.exe 또는 c:\windows\system32\ir32_a.dll 파일이 있는지 확인해보세요.
파일이 존재한다면 바이러스에 감염된거구요..
파일을 삭제해야 하는데, 실행중이기 때문에 삭제가 안됩니다.
그럴 때, Unlocker라는 프로그램을 설치하시면 됩니다. <== 실행중인 파일을 삭제할 수 있도록 해주는 유틸리티
파일 지우고, 리부팅 하고 나면 시간 동기화도 되고… 시간이 틀려지는 현상도 없어집니다.
